Under the hood, its monitoring capabilities for data drift and model performance degradation are robust, giving us immediate alerts when models start to falter. The explainability features, both global and local, are critical for debugging and building trust, allowing us to understand 'why' a model made a specific prediction. Latency for querying explanations on demand is impressive, and the modular approach of their API made integration less painful than anticipated for our diverse stack.
