As a product designer, I’m always searching for tools that don't just work, but feel good to use. TruLens, for all its analytical depth, brings a surprising sense of order to the chaotic process of LLM evaluation. Observing the flow of information through your RAG application, from retrieval to generation, is presented with a clarity that feels considered, almost like a well-designed information architecture. While I wish the initial onboarding had a bit more of that 'aha!' moment with more immediate visual feedback, the systematic way it allows you to debug and refine your AI agents ultimately delivers a powerful experience, turning complex data into actionable insights for iterative design.
